If you need a receipt for taxes paid, please follow the instructions on your bill. If you still have the taxpayer's copy of your bills, send them with a self-addressed stamped envelope. Please include a note indicating that you would like stamped receipts.

If you do not have the taxpayer portion of your bills send the self-addressed stamped envelope and a note explaining you need receipts, and identify which receipts you are requesting. A stamped receipt is not needed for your tax return, but is required for the PA Property Tax/Rent Rebate Program.   

There is a $10.00 USD fee for this service.

I do not verify amounts over the phone or via email. If your mortgage company pays your taxes, they are required to provide you a form-1098 - Mortgage Interest Statement.

Tax Certification request can be made by email or by mail. Certifications are not processed until the fee is received. You must identify if you would like a digital copy or a mailed copy. If you require a mailed copy, please provide a postage paid envelope with your request.

Tax Certification covers 3 years of all real estate taxes and are good for 45 days. If you need an updated cert, within 45 days, email me at eastnorritontwptaxcollector@gmail.com and an updated cert will be processed. If you are outside of the 60 day period, you must order and pay for a new certification.

The fee for county and township and NASD tax certification is $55.00USD.
